Hurricane Irma:
We are so thankful that you have survived to read this page. Given the devastation on island we know that you will soon be ready to start filing claims to have your property restored. Already our companies are finalizing the details for adjusters to arrive on island and begin the task of restoring your property. Once flights begin to arrive on island, we will update our site to give you more information. Please check this website for updates on when our office will open.
What we need from you.
1. Mitigate your damages. Your policy requires that you make reasonable temporary repairs to your home or vehicle that would reduce further damage, or make the vehicle drivable.
2. Take pictures of All of your damages. Do not discard damage items before your property/auto is inspected. Keep receipts and if you have coverage for your personal property, create a list of all damaged items.
3. The most important thing you can do after a Loss is to report it to us. While having an estimate will be necessary to finalize your claim, you will need to report your loss so that an adjuster may be assigned to you. The order in which we schedule inspection appointments is based on factors, such as adjuster availability, usability of property as well as the volume and severity of claims arising from the disaster event. Our goal is to have an adjuster contact you as quickly as possible.
