How do I cancel my auto insurance policy


In order to be in compliance with the Virgin Islands Insurance Code, a person must present one of the following to our agency in order to process cancellation of a policy, or to remove a vehicle from a policy.

1.  Registration stamped "Cancelled" by the motor vehicle Bureau.  (If vehicle is no longer in service.

2.  Copy of the registration in the new owners name. (If vehicle has been sold)

Once the above is received, the insured must sign a policy cancellation request in order for the appropriate refund to be processed.


Premium refunds are processed within 30 days of completed request.
